In the last few months with the wedding coming up, Ive had to come up with some creative ways to eat healthy and still keeping my taste buds happy. Here is one of my favorite summer salads I created that has made its way into my regular lunch rotation.
Here's what you will need to create this salad:
- Imitation Flaked Crab Meat
- Walnut pieces
- Dried Cranberries
Top it off with RENÉE'S® POPPY SEED ½ FAT DRESSING
It tastes amazing, is filling and makes eating healthy less boring ;)
